RESTLY — SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, delivery takes an estimated 8–14 business days, depending on your location. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs, high season, or carrier delays.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 10–17 business days (processing + shipping).

SHIPPING RATES

TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Restly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), depending on the destination country's regulations.

DAMAGES
Restly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at restlyshop@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country of residence is not the United States, please note delivery may take longer than the estimated times above due to customs processing.
